  1. Salgue generosamente as metades de berinjela, deixe descansar 20 minutos, depois enxágue e seque bem.

  6. Acrescente o extrato de tomate e cozinhe por 1 minuto. Junte o tomate triturado e 150 ml de água. Mexa e cozinhe em fogo brando por 10 minutos, até o molho engrossar um pouco.
  7. Incorpore os pinhões tostados.
